Here at St. Paul's on Broadway~ We Are  Followers of the Shining Light of Jesus Christ               And We are Partners in God's Work
Our mission as a community of faith is to spread the love of God to our neighbors - both locally and across the globe. In this way we are friends and followers of Christ- for we are following his commandment. "This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. You are my friends if you do what I command you."-John 15:12 & 14.  We are challenged ,blessed and empowered to love one another by God's Holy Spirit.

We can answer God's call and engage in this mission only because of God's generous grace and the gift of faith that has been shared with us. Our faith is grounded in Holy Scripture, shaped by the working of the Holy Spirit through The Creeds of the universal Church and the Lutheran Confessions and nourished by God's grace shared with us in the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion. Our Faith is lived out in a community of prayer, Christian friendship, and compassionate service  to those in need.
